1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

A. Returns due to Frelxpew’s Fault (Damaged Product, Technical Error, Wrong Delivery)
We consider it our fault if you receive a product:

Broken, cracked, dented during transportation.

Wrong product delivered (different from the model or color you ordered).

Applicable products: All fashion products like clothing and accessories that we offer sold on frelxpew.com.

Cost: Completely free ($0). Frelxpew will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Solution: You can choose to receive a brand new replacement product (if in stock) or get a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
B. General Return (Due to no longer needed or change of mind)
If the item is in perfect condition but you no longer want it or changed your mind:

We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. Frelxpew is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages sent without tracking.

After receiving and inspecting the item to confirm it remains in unused condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s value. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to order a different size or design, please complete the return and place a new order separately. We do not offer direct exchanges.

This is our commitment to processing refunds quickly and transparently.
