If something isn’t right, this policy outlines exactly how returns and refunds are handled—clearly and transparently—so you don’t have to guess or figure things out on your own.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

• Still within 90 days return period .

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels

• Invoice or proof of purchase required.

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns due to Frelxpew’s Fault (Damaged Product, Technical Error, Wrong Delivery)

We consider it our fault if you receive a product:

• Broken, cracked, dented during transportation.

• Wrong product delivered (different from the model or color you ordered).

• Applicable products: All fashion products like clothing and accessories that we offer sold on frelxpew.com.

• Cost: Completely free ($0). Frelxpew will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• Solution: You can choose to receive a brand new replacement product (if in stock) or get a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

B. General Return (Due to no longer needed or change of mind)

If the item is in perfect condition but you no longer want it or changed your mind:

• • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. Frelxpew is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages sent without tracking.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item to confirm it remains in unused condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s value. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to order a different size or design, please complete the return and place a new order separately. We do not offer direct exchanges.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)

• Any item that has been worn, washed, or returned without approval

If a returned item is found to have been used, altered, or damaged beyond what was reported, we may deny the refund. In such cases, we will notify you by email and arrange to return the item to you..

• Required for defective/damaged products: Attach clear photos or videos showing the damaged or defective condition of the product.

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you detailed instructions, including a free return shipping label if it’s our fault.

5. Money Back Guarantee: Time and Method

This is our commitment to processing refunds quickly and transparently.

• Processing Time: We promise to initiate a full refund of the eligible order value within a maximum of 5 business days from the time we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product.

• Refund method: All refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method you used for your purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal). You will not receive refunds via store credit unless specifically requested.

• Email Notification: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as our refund order is processed.

6. Restocking Fee

Frelxpew do not charge any restocking fees or hidden costs. We also do not apply re-import fees to returned goods. If your return qualifies, you will receive your full eligible amount with no deductions..

7. Frelxpew order processing and shipping times

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

• Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the same business day
