At Frelxpew, every order begins with intention and ends with care. That care extends all the way to how we pack, ship, and communicate with you throughout the delivery process. Below is a clear overview of how we handle shipping from our Texas workshop to your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Shipping Fees

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders. If your total reaches $89 or more, shipping is free. All applicable charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Processing & Delivery Time

All Frelxpew garments are made to order in our studio in 3018 Clinton st, Abilene, TX 79603. Once we receive your order, we typically require:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days. This is the time we need to print, inspect, and pack your shirt before shipping.

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days via standard shipping

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST begin processing on the same business day; those placed after will begin the next business day.

That means, in most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days from the time of purchase.

Example timeline

You place an order on Monday at 3:00 PM CST. It begins processing on Tuesday, and your package will typically arrive the following week between Tuesday and Thursday.

Carrier & Tracking

We ship through trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping location and package type. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link so you can follow your order in real time

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating. If tracking has not updated after that, contact us—we’ll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

You will also receive a separate confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

a. Goods damaged during transportation:

While we inspect and pack every order by hand, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

  1. Contact our customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product as well as the condition of the shipping box.

  3. We will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, based on your preference.

  4. If your return qualifies, we’ll provide a prepaid return label via email.

b. Lost package:

In the event that your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, and tracking has not been updated for more than 7 days, please reach out. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no cost or offer a full refund.

Cancel order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of placing it. Once an item has entered production or been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
