At Frelxpew, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every shirt we produce. Each garment is made with carefully chosen fabrics for comfort, durability, and style, and every order is inspected before it leaves our workshop. We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If something does not meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is designed to guide you through the process clearly, fairly, and without hidden conditions. This policy applies equally to all orders shipped to the United States and Zambia.

1. Return Period and General Eligibility

You may return your shirt within 90 days from the date you receive your order, whether you are located in the United States or Zambia. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original condition, which means it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or signs of use. All original labels, tags, and packaging materials must also be included with the return.

Because fabric products are sensitive to wear, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, stained, exposed to perfume or smoke, or that carry pet hair. These rules are in place to maintain hygiene and ensure that all returned products are suitable for resale. Every return request must be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Returns Due to Frelxpew’s Responsibility

If you receive a product that is defective, arrives damaged during shipping, or is not the correct item ordered, we take full responsibility. Common issues that fall under Frelxpew’s responsibility include fabric tears, faulty stitching, discoloration, or receiving the wrong size, style, or color.

In such cases, the return will be completely free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back at no cost, whether you are returning it from within the United States or from Zambia. After the return is received, you may choose one of two resolutions: a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping fee originally paid.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

We understand that sometimes customers simply change their mind. If you decide you no longer want the product or prefer a different design, you may return the item within the 90-day period, provided it remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

In this case, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. For U.S. customers, this means arranging shipment back to our facility in Texas. For customers in Zambia, it means shipping the product back internationally. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service in both cases, as Frelxpew cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels without tracking.

Once we receive and inspect the item, and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund for the product’s value. Please note that the original shipping fee is not refundable in situations where the return is based on customer preference rather than Frelxpew’s fault.

Exchanges are not processed directly. If you would like another size, color, or design, you must complete the return for the original product and place a new order separately.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because of the nature of apparel products, only items in brand-new, original condition can be returned. The following categories are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, stained, exposed to perfume, smoke, or pet hair.

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or returned without tags, labels, or original packaging.

  • Clearance items, final sale products, or items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

If, upon inspection, a returned item is found to be inconsistent with the return request—such as being used, damaged beyond what was reported, or not in compliance with the eligibility standards—Frelxpew reserves the right to deny the refund. In this case, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be notified by email.

5. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if the item is defective or damaged, clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. If the return is due to Frelxpew’s fault, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost.

Step 3: Re-Pack and Ship
Please package the shirt carefully, preferably using the original box and protective materials, to prevent damage during transit. All returns must be sent to the following address: Frelxpew – Returns Department 3018 Clinton St, Abilene, TX 79603, USA. For customers in Zambia, international return instructions will be provided as part of your return approval.

6. Refunds and Money Back Guarantee

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Frelxpew guarantees that your refund will be processed within five (5) business days. Refunds are always issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) and will be returned through your original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. Store credit will only be issued upon customer request.

A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your refund has been processed. In cases where replacements are chosen instead of refunds, you will receive a shipping confirmation for the new item once it has been dispatched.

7. No Restocking or Hidden Fees

Frelxpew does not charge restocking fees, re-import fees, or hidden administrative costs for any returns. If your item qualifies for return under this policy, the full eligible refund amount will be credited to you without deductions.

8. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). For customers in the United States, shipping typically takes 4–6 business days. For customers in Zambia, delivery generally takes 10–12 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed on the same business day, while orders placed later will begin processing the next business day. For more details on delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
