At Frelxpew, every order begins with intention and ends with care. That care extends all the way to how we pack, ship, and communicate with you throughout the delivery process. Below is a clear overview of how we handle shipping from our Texas workshop to your doorstep—whether you are in the United States or Zambia.
Shipping Locations
At Frelxpew, we proudly serve customers in both the United States and Zambia. For our U.S. customers, we currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
For our Zambian customers, we are excited to extend our shipping services directly to Zambia. Each order is carefully prepared in our studio in Abilene, Texas and shipped overseas with trusted carriers, ensuring your package arrives safely at your doorstep.
Shipping Fees
We believe in keeping shipping simple and transparent. For customers in the United States, a flat-rate fee of $4.99 is applied to each order, and any order totaling $89 or more qualifies for free shipping.
For customers in Zambia, shipping is available at a flat-rate fee of $9.99 per order. Free shipping is not available for Zambia at this time. Importantly, whether you are located in the United States or Zambia, you will never be charged additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees. The price you see at checkout is always the final price you pay.
Processing & Delivery Time
Every Frelxpew garment is made to order at our studio located at 3018 Clinton St, Abilene, TX 79603. After receiving your order, we require 1–2 business days to print, inspect, and pack your items with care.
For shipments within the United States, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days once shipped. Combined with processing time, most U.S. customers can expect their order within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
For shipments to Zambia, international delivery generally requires 10–12 business days after processing. This means most customers in Zambia will receive their package within 11–14 business days of placing an order.
To ensure timely handling, orders placed before 2:00 PM CST begin processing on the same business day, while orders placed after this cut-off will begin processing on the following business day.
Carrier & Tracking
For customers in the United States, all Frelxpew orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The choice of carrier depends on the package type and the delivery destination to ensure the fastest and most reliable service possible.
For customers in Zambia, we ship using carefully selected international shipping partners. Once the package arrives in Zambia, it is transferred to dependable local delivery services that complete the final leg of the journey to your address. This process allows us to maintain both speed and security throughout international shipping.
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin updating on the system. If no updates appear after this timeframe, we encourage you to contact us directly, and our team will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Goods
Although every order is carefully inspected, packed, and protected before leaving our facility, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. When you reach out, please include your order number along with clear photos or videos that show the condition of both the product and its packaging.
Once we have reviewed the claim, you will be given the option to either receive a replacement item (if available) or a full refund. Should the product need to be returned, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, ensuring that you do not incur any additional costs.
Lost Packages
In rare cases where a package may be delayed or lost, Frelxpew will work directly with the carrier to investigate. For orders shipped within the United States, a package may be considered lost if it has not arrived within 14 business days and shows no tracking updates for more than 7 consecutive days. For orders shipped to Zambia, this timeframe extends to 20 business days under the same conditions.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will take full responsibility and provide you with either a reshipment at no cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellation
At Frelxpew, we understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. During this window, your order can be adjusted or canceled without issue.
Once an order has entered production or has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or alter it further. However, you may still be eligible to return the item in line with our Return & Refund Policy after receiving it. Our team is committed to assisting you and ensuring that your shopping experience remains transparent and worry-free.
